FCI Technology has access to high-pressure homogenization polymerizations, polyethylene emulsifications, neutralizations, phenolic condensations, phosphations, high-viscosity high-sheer mixing, amidations, transesterifications, high-pressure emulsifications, atmospheric emulsifications, DCY- Formaldehyde condensations along with more common mildly heated and cold blends.
We have a laboratory capable of running laboratory scale batches in preparation of full production sizes. To support production and our sourcing functions, we can run Hydroxyl values, Saponification values, Iodine values, various other acid base titrations, color by APHA and Gardner, Moisture by Moisture balance and Karl Fisher. We have the ability to run melt points, flash points, and run FTIR spectra’s.
