Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information FCI Technology, Inc. (“FCI Technology,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects through fcitechnology.net (the “Website”), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. Our Terms of Use also apply.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on the Website, call or email us, we collect what you provide. This includes:
- Request an SDS Quote form: your name, email address, phone number, subject, message, the SDS and specification sheets you request, and any other questions or requests you include.
- Phone calls and emails: your name, contact details and anything you tell us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, our servers and the third-party services listed below may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the page that referred you, and similar usage information, using server logs, cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and requests, send SDS and specification sheets, and prepare quotes.
- To supply our products and services and manage customer accounts and records.
- To understand how the Website is used and to improve it.
- To protect the Website from spam, fraud and abuse.
- To comply with the law and enforce our agreements.
3. Third-party services we use
The Website uses the following services, which may collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies:
- Google Fonts, to display text. Your browser requests fonts from Google, which receives your IP address.
- Elementor, the website builder that runs our Request an SDS Quote form. Form submissions are emailed to our team and stored on our website.
- Our website host and security tools, which process server logs and IP addresses to keep the Website running and to block attacks.
- Links to the websites of Alinea Chemical Solutions and Toll Solutions. Those websites collect information when you visit them.
4. Remarketing and interest-based advertising
We may use remarketing services, such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to show our ads to people who have visited our Website when they later use other websites and apps. These services use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to recognize your browser or device, and they collect information such as the pages you visited and when. We do not give these services your name, email address or phone number, and we do not sell your contact information.
You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ad Settings, Meta ad preferences, the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Opting out does not stop you from seeing ads, but they will not be based on your visits to our Website.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your contact information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run our business and the Website, such as our website host and email providers. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- If required by law, court order or a government request, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others.
- As part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business, in which case this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to your information.
- With your consent.
6. Cookies and your choices
You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Most of the Website works without them.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to respond to requests, supply products, keep business and tax records, and resolve disputes.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity. We may keep some information when the law requires it or when we need it for an existing business relationship.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website, internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
10. Children
The Website is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above.
